Piedmont Cycle Shop Ride. Up Tunnel Road, down Pinehurst, out to Walnut Creet, down to San Ramon, back Crow Creek Canyon, Redwood, and Up Pinehurst again. About 70 miles. Moderate tempo with some mixed run ups on the flat downhills. One chap cramped up and we broke up for an escort home. 4+ hours.
