BART Starts Integrating with Twitter

Latest converts to Twitter are the Bay Area Rapid Transit system, which I saw today has fully integrated Twitter into their customer contact capability. I saw this poster on the BART trains when I boarded this morning. By coincidence, I got a email from the global consulting firm McKinsey stating that they'll now start to communicate via Twitter as well. Hmmmm. A real tipping point. Thank you Jack!
