Tougher Training
Did my first 2 hour roller stint at the higher base heart rate (130-137). That was an ordeal. First, it took some effort to just get the heart rate up. Then it took a bunch of food to be able to keep the power output up over the two hours. Ugh. Glad that is over. And I certainly wasn't able to fully recover in 24 hours! Yikes -- hard to think of knocking this out for 4+hours day after day.
