Laid Low

Despite what felt like a full recovery in Italy (with all saddle sores seeming to heal), I must have still returned to the U.S. with a depressed immune system. I was able to fight off a cold, but now I've got some sort of infection that is making me susceptible to recurring saddle sore like outbreaks on my skin. Yikes -- its like I'm still riding even when I'm not. Very uncomfortable. I did one Nicassio ride and it was a disaster. I rode fast just to get home! Went on anti-biotics today -- which I hate to do. Urgh.
